    NOTICE OF ANNUAL MEETING
    LYNHURST GARDENS HOMEOWNERS’ ASSOCIATION, INC.

    Date: Tuesday, December 16th, 2025
    Time: 6:30 PM – 8:00 PM (Registration begins at 6:15 PM)
    Location: Indianapolis Public Library – Wayne Branch
    198 S Girls School Rd, Indianapolis, IN 46231

    Important Updates:

    • There will be a 5% increase in HOA dues this year. Please note that dues have not increased since 2017.

    • The meeting will cover the 2026 budget and the election for the Board of Directors.

    Quorum Requirement:

    • At least 11 of the 108 homeowners (10%) must be present or represented by proxy for the meeting to proceed.

    • If you cannot attend, please complete and return the attached proxy form.
