Dear Tansel Creek Homeowners,

We would like to inform you that beginning in 2026, the HOA fee will increase by $25.00. The new annual fee per home will be $425.00, due by January 1st, 2026. Payments must be made within 30 days after the due date to avoid a late fee.

You will soon receive a statement by mail or email with instructions to make your 2026 HOA payment. Payments can also be made in advance through the portal at PMI Meridian Portal or via ACH.

ACH (Automatic Payment) Options:

1. Portal Recurring Payments: Set up automatic payments through the portal. Fees vary by payment type

2. Bank ACH: Set up an ACH through your bank using the following address for the HOA:

   PO Box 1217 Arlington Heights, IL 60006-1217 

Mailing Option:
Send checks or money orders to the above PO Box. Please make all checks payable to your community and indicate the property address. Only checks and money orders are accepted by mail.

Payments may also be dropped off at our office:
