To help you get acquainted, here are some key details: About Wildwood Farms HOA Wildwood Farms HOA consists of Moeller Estates (single-family homes and condos) and Becker Estates, totaling 715 homes. This collective is often referred to as the “Master HOA”, as condo owners are also part of the Exterior Maintenance HOA. Our community offers wonderful amenities, including a swimming pool and playground, providing spaces for relaxation and recreation. If you have not, please contact PMI. Assessment Fees & Payment Information 💲 Annual HOA fee: $351.00, due March 1st (Separate from monthly Exterior Maintenance HOA fees) ⚠️ Late Fee: Applied if payment is not received by the last day of March. Payment Options:
- Automatic Payments (ACH): Free setup through the owner portal. Contact PMI for the ACH form.
- Online Payments: Available via the portal (Note: service fee applies).
- Check Payments: Payable to Wildwood Farms HOA, mailed to: PO Box 1217, Arlington Heights, IL 60006-1217
Architectural Guidelines & Home Modifications Thinking of making exterior modifications to your home?
